Refunds & Returns Policy – BooBand South Africa

Due to the hygienic nature of our product, BooBand cannot be returned once opened or used.

We will only replace items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon delivery

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item

Approved replacements will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Please note:
BooBand is an accessory worn in addition to a bra and is not a sports bra or replacement for a bra.
